These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and all engineering services provided by Precision Civil, an Arizona-based civil engineering firm.
Scope of Services
Precision Civil provides professional civil engineering, site design, drainage, and land development services under written proposals. Each proposal defines the specific scope, fees, and deliverables.
Proposals
All proposals issued by Precision Civil are considered binding agreements once accepted by the client in writing. Modifications to the scope or fees must be approved by both parties.
Ownership of Documents
All drawings, designs, calculations, and related documents prepared by Precision Civil remain the property of Precision Civil. Clients receive a limited license to use these documents solely for the intended project and purpose. Reuse or modification without written consent is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Precision Civil’s total liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising from its services will be limited to the greater of $150,000 or the total fees paid for the project. This limitation applies to all claims, including negligence, errors, or omissions.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated, payment terms are Net 30 from the date of invoice. Late payments may result in project delays and applicable interest charges. Work may be paused until accounts are current.
Third-Party Services
Precision Civil may coordinate with surveyors, contractors, or other consultants as needed. These services may be billed separately and are subject to their own terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any disputes will be resolved within its jurisdiction.
