Precision Civil was established in 2025 with the goal of providing Flagstaff and Northern Arizona with a locally owned civil engineering firm. We are a full-service firm with over 15 years of experience serving Flagstaff and Northern Arizona. STEPHEN IRWIN, PE
Stephen started his career in Arizona in 2008 where he participated in the design of many public improvements, commercial, and residential development projects. He has served as Project Manager for several municipal and private development projects ranging from small residential grading plans to large municipal infrastructure projects. His design experience includes commercial site design, multi-family residential, single family residential, water, wastewater, storm drain, and drainage.
samuel vossler, PE
Sam is a registered civil engineer specializing in site civil and land development design, planning, and engineering. Sam believes in taking a practical approach to find design solutions based on regional knowledge and engineering fundamentals leading to cost effective deliverables. Sam has worked in various corners of Arizona serving a wide range of clients including heavy municipal roadway, developer driven mixed use developments, public parks and trails, and single lot grading plans.
EMMA ANDERSON, EIT
Emma has several years of experience in civil design and project management ranging from residential subdivisions, to commercial parcel developments, and to public roadway rehabilitation projects. Emma brings forth beneficial experience with both design and construction, and is strong in her ability to analyze complex situations, identify challenges, and develop effective solutions.
