Our founding
Precision Civil was established in 2025 with the idea of providing Flagstaff and Northern Arizona with a locally owned civil engineering firm. Stephen Irwin started his career in Arizona in 2008 where he participated in the design of many public improvements, commercial, and residential development projects. He has served as Project Manager for several municipal and private development projects ranging from small residential grading plans to large municipal infrastructure projects. His design experience includes commercial site design, multi-family residential, single family residential, water, wastewater, storm drain, and drainage.
